The app and its purpose

GF Global provides restaurant communication cards, country food guides, recipes, and an ingredient glossary to assist people who eat gluten-free. The app is an informational tool — it does not provide medical advice, and it does not guarantee that any meal will be free from gluten contamination.

Always exercise your own judgement. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, the decision to eat at any restaurant is yours alone. GF Global helps you communicate your needs; it cannot control how food is prepared.

Accounts

You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@gfglobal.app.

One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

Free and Premium content

The free tier gives access to three languages (English, Spanish, Dutch), three country guides, all twenty recipes, and the glossary in English, Spanish, and Dutch. This is free permanently — we will not retroactively restrict content you have access to on the free tier.

Premium content is available via annual subscription ($12.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($29.99). Subscription pricing may change; we will give 30 days notice before any price change affects existing subscribers.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android), or directly via LemonSqueezy. Billing and refund policies for App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by Apple and Google respectively — we do not control these.

For direct purchases via LemonSqueezy, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work as described. Contact us at hello@gfglobal.app.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time payment that covers all future content updates within the GF Global app. It does not cover entirely separate products we may build in the future.

Acceptable use

You may use GF Global for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• — Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract content from the app in bulk
• — Redistribute card content or guides as your own product
• — Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
• — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Content accuracy

We work to keep restaurant cards, country guides, and the ingredient glossary accurate. However, culinary practices change, and individual restaurants may deviate from what is typical in their cuisine. We update content regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

If you spot an error — a mistranslation, an incorrect safety indicator, or outdated information — please tell us. We take these reports seriously.

Limitation of liability

GF Global is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm arising from your use of the app — including, without limitation, any adverse reaction to food eaten at a restaurant where you presented a GF Global card.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of GF Global will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we shut down GF Global entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and provide a pro-rata refund to active subscribers. Lifetime purchasers would receive a full refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email if there are material changes. Continued use of the app after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
